Resolved Question: Getting a fish for my birthday, what size should I get?

So my birthday is in a few weeks, and my parent's are hooking me up with a Fish Surfboard. Right now I'm riding a battered 6'5 squash tail. Which is fine for the upcoming winter, but I've decided to take this opportunity of my birthday to get a Fish. I surf along California Coast, Santa Cruz to be specific. And I want a fish for those days when I don't feel like competing for a wave, so I have something to surf the small fun waves of Capitola, which is usually just beginners which is pretty fun, because they don't mind if you surf around them while they're going in a straight line. As long as you only surf around the beginners that is... But anyways, I want a fish for Capitola mainly which is usually waist to chest high.
